Accwell Global is a United Kingdom private company limited by guarantee, and each separate firm is an independent national legal entity. 

This also refers to subsidiaries and affiliates of the national firms. All the member firms are structured differently, subject to their national laws, professional regulations and customary practice, and render professional services in their geographic area directly or through their subsidiaries and/or affiliates. 

Neither Accwell Global as an international network of independent firms, nor member firms are responsible or liable for the acts or omissions of each other. Every member of Accwell Global network is an independent legal entity, operating under names "Accwell" or other comparable names. 

All the services are rendered by national member firms directly, or by their subsidiaries/affiliates, and not by Accwell Global network itself.
